Statutory offence - Abuse of
Public Office
Private Criminal Prosecution. |
Due to the Australian Federal Police declining
to do anything about the conduct of Malcolm Turnbull MORE
INFO HERE, the door appears open for a private criminal
prosecution. In New South Wales criminal proceedings are initiated
in most cases by the police. However, any person may initiate
proceedings by laying information before a justice of the
peace or a magistrate. A famous private criminal prosecution
was Sankey
v Whitlam which ended up in the High Court of Australia.

| GLOBAL
WARMING brings a water crisis to many parts of the world. In Tasmania
the crisis is made considerably worse by duplicitous Tasmanian
and Australian governments together with corporate greed in an
endless quest to gain power and wealth. Change in Tasmania cannot
come from within as greed and corruption is intrinsic within major
identities of each side of the political spectrum who are in bed
with their corporate masters. As a result many in the Tasmanian
Community are virtually powerless as they witness their water
catchments being systematically destroyed, robbed of water and
contaminated with toxins which are banned in many other parts
of the world. In providing Federal Approval for the Tasmanian
Gunns Pulp Mill, Malcolm Turnbull has provided a 50 Years Federal
Approval for a substantial escalation of the destruction and poisoning
of Water Catchments, Native Forests and Native Wildlife in Tasmania. |
